An Email List for Australian Archivists

This list is for the discussion, publication and promotion of professional issues and practice for the archival profession in Australia. The list has been established by the Australian Society of Archivists, Inc. to serve the members of Society.

Other interested groups and individuals are welcome to participate in this list, especially members of other professional bodies representing the views of archivists or any other special interest groups working in this field.

The aim of the list is to be supportive, informative, creative, tolerant and to provide a forum for the discussion of professional issues confronting archivists in Australia.

The list was relocated to lists.archivists.org.au on 24 June 2003. A complete archive of postings is available at that location.
