Geologist and Surveyor
Born: 28 January 1858  St Fagans, Glamorgan, Wales.  Died: 28 August 1934  Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
(Sir) Tannatt William David was Professor of Geology, University of Sydney 1891-1924, a member of the second British Antarctic Expedition 1907-09. Earlier he was Assistant Geological Surveyor for the Geological Survey of New South Wales 1882-91.
