Howchin, Walter (1845 - 1937)

Born: 12 January 1845  Norwich, Norfolk, England.  Died: 27 November 1937  Adelaide, South Australia, Australia.
Walter Howchin, a methodist minister, lectured in mineralogy at the Adelaide School of Mines 1889-1904 and was Lecturer in Geology and Palaeontology at the University of Adelaide, and later Honorary Professor 1902-20.
