Downing, Harold Leslie (1913 - )

Born: 10 January 1913  Cottesloe, Western Australia, Australia
Harold Leslie Downing entered professional life as a science teacher. Within two years of graduating he moved to AWA Ltd. (Amalgamated Wireless Australasia) to take up a post as an engineer. Dowling remained at AWA Ltd. until he retired in 1978 – almost forty-two years after starting there.
