Born: 5 November 1912  Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.  Died: 15 October 1964  Armidale, New South Wales, Australia.
Jack Murielle Somerville was Assistant Director of the Radiophysics Training School at the University of Sydney from 1941 to 1945. Prior to this he lectured in mathematics and physics at New England University College in Armidale, New South Wales.
