Born: 1902  Dongarra, Western Australia, Australia.  Died: 19 June 1943.
Thomas Robert Hughes was associated with Plaimar Limited from 1918 to 1943, rising to Works Manager. He also worked for Industrial Extracts Limited and was educated at the Perth Technical College.
