Higgins, Patrick (1825 - 1882)

Born: 1825  Sligo, Connaught, Ireland.  Died: 28 January 1882  Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
Patrick Higgins built the Lithgow section of the zigzag railway in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney, completing it in 1869.
