MILLS, James Edward

Born Brisbane 31 May 1905; died Sydney 11 May 1943. Education, University of Queensland (B.Sc. 1926, M.Sc. 1928) and University College London (Ph.D. 1932). 1851 Exhibition scholar 1929-32. Assistant lecturer in chemistry, Sydney University 1933-39; lecturer 1940-43.
