Carter, Charles Ernest (1885 - 1976)

Charles Ernest Carter was a lecturer at the Australian Forestry School from 1937 and later lectured in botany at the Australian Capital Territory Technical College, Canberra. He was educated at (MF) and Melbourne (BAgSc, DipEd) and joined the Commonwealth Public Service 1906.
