Forster, Howard Carlyle (1903 - )

Born: 21 April 1903  Malvern, Victoria, Australia
Howard Carlyle Forster was Professor of Agriculture, University of Melbourne 1957-69. He was Assistant Executive Officer, CSIRO, Melbourne 1949-56 after joining CSIR in 1946. He had earlier been a Research Officer with the Victorian Department of Agriculture from 1926.
