Born: 10 February 1851  Trover, Lancashire, England.  Died: 11 August 1936  West Brunswick, Victoria, Australia.
William Tyson Kendall opened the Melbourne Veterinary College in 1888. In 1909 it was taken over by the University of Melbourne Veterinary School.
