Klein, Anthony George (Tony) (1935 - )

Born: 14 December 1935  Timisoara, Romania
Anthony George Klein (Tony) is an internationally recognised physicist who has specialised in optics for many years. In 1965 he was appointed senior lecturer in physics at the University of Melbourne and quickly moved through the ranks, eventually being promoted to Personal Chair (1983). Klein is a talented teacher and communicator who has written well over one hundred scientific papers and has written reports for the Australian Broadcasting Commission (ABC).
