Born: 16 April 1884  Greenwich, Kent, England.  Died: 15 February 1958  Rome, Italy.
Frank Lidgett McDougall was Economic Advisor to the Australian High Commissioner in the United Kingdom and to the Australian Embassy, Washington. He was active in the promotion of Australian dried fruits and was involved with United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation.
