Swain, Edward Harold Fulcher (1883 - 1970)

Born: 6 April 1883  Glebe, New South Wales, Australia.  Died: 3 July 1970  Indooroopilly, Queensland, Australia.
Edward Harold F. Swain was Commissioner for Forests, New South Wales 1935-48. He had earlier worked as a research consultant for Australian Paper Manufacturers 1933-34, was Chairman of the Queensland Forestry Board 1924-32 and later was United Nations forestry consultant to Ethiopia 1951-55.
