Waterhouse, Gustavus Athol (1877 - 1950)

Entomologist
Born: 21 May 1877  Waverley, New South Wales, Australia.  Died: 29 July 1950  Pymble, New South Wales.
Gustavus Athol Waterhouse published with G. Lyell "The Butterflies of Australia" (1914) and "What Butterfly is that?" (1932) illustrated by N.W. Caley. He worked at the Royal Mint, Sydney 1900-26, was associated with the Australian Museum 1919-47 and worked for CSIR 1928-29.
