Geologist
Born: 1 November 1844  Bedminster, Somerset, England.  Died: 20 April 1937  Kew, Victoria, Australia.
Edward John Dunn studied in New South Wales and worked in South Africa, but from 1886, was based in Melbourne as a consulting geologist. He was Director of the Geological Survey, Victoria 1904-12 and then returned to private consulting and writing. President of the Royal Society of Victoria 1906.
