Born: 5 March 1923 New South Wales, Australia

Hugh Albert McKenzie was a Professorial Fellow at the John Curtin School of Medical Research from 1963. Prior to this he worked at a number of Australia's leading research organisations and held many short-term visiting scientist posts overseas.
