Hamlin, John Calhoun (1896 - )

Born: 25 September 1896  Anderson, United States of America
John Calhoun Hamlin was entomologist and biologist on the Australian Commonwealth Prickly Pear Board from October 1920 to May 1924. During this period he worked in Australia for around six months, the rest of the time was spent carrying out research in North America. He authored many scientific articles while in Australia. Prior to and after this appointment, Hamlin worked in his home country for the American agriculture department.
