Robertson, Macpherson (1859 - 1945)

Born: 6 September 1859  Ballarat, Victoria, Australia.  Died: 20 August 1945  Kew, Victoria.
(Sir) Macpherson Robertson developed a steam confectionary works in the 1880s in Melbourne and introduced chewing gum and fairy floss to Australia. His company, Maize Products Pty Ltd pioneered the manufacture of glucose.
