Born: 1911  Hamilton, Victoria, Australia.  Died: 27 July 1994.
Phyllis Margaret Rountree worked at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney, as Research Bacteriologist 1944-61, Chief Bacteriologist 1961-71 and after her retirement as Consultant Bacteriologist 1971-92.
