Born: 1870  Bombala, New South Wales, Australia.  Died: 1937.
W. A. Greig worked for the Assay Branch (later Chemists' Branch) of the New South Wales Mines Department 1896-1935. He played a large part in the framing of the first industrial award for chemists in the New South Wales Public Service in 1921.
