Little, Eric Wellington (1910 - 1978)

 
Applied chemist
Born: 1910.  Died: 29 April 1978.
Eric Wellington Little worked in the brewing industry, where he became an expert in malting and barley quality. He played an active part in efforts to enhance the quality of the locally grown grain. Little was President of the Tasmanian Branch of the Australian Chemical Institute during the 1950s. Before becoming an assayist and analyst in the brewing industry he worked as a school teacher.
