Born: November 1869  Mansfield, Victoria, Australia.  Died: 6 June 1948.
Arthur Chenery was a country doctor and a keen amateur ornithologist.

Career Highlights
Born Delatite Station, Mansfield, Victoria, November 1869. Died Melbourne, 6 June 1948. Educated University of Melbourne and Kings College Hospital, London (MRCS, LRCP). Practised at Port Augusta, Sale, Tocumwal and Wentworth 1916-44. Foundation member, Royal Australasian Ornithologists Union 1901, president 1930-31.
