Food scientist

Peter W. Parodi completed a Master of Applied Science at Queensland Institute of Technology in 1978, on the topic A Study of the Triglyceride Structure of Bovine Milk Fat. He later worked for the Queensland Butter Board Laboratories in Brisbane.
