Stone, Bruce Arthur (1928 - )

 
Biochemist
Born: 4 December 1928
Bruce Arthur Stone is Emeritus Professor of Biochemistry at La Trobe University in Victoria. He has made significant contributions to the field of cereal chemistry and is an expert in the area of polysaccharide research.
