Peck, Charles Robert (c. 1876 - 1950)

Born: c. 1876.  Died: June 1950.
Charles Robert Peck was Commonwealth Analyst from 1933 to 1939 having previously been Chief Analyst at the Sydney Customs Laboratory (1912). During his latter appointment he spent time in Western Australia where he set up a Customs Laboratory in Perth and tested sleeps used on the Trans-Australia Railway.
