Manfred, Edmund Cooper (1856 - 1941)

 
Architect
Born: 5 June 1856  London, United Kingdom.  Died: 20 February 1941  Goulburn, New South Wales, Australia.
Edmund Cooper Manfred was General Manager and Secretary of the Goulburn Gas and Coke Co. in New South Wales from 1881 to 1936. He also worked as an architect (1881-1936) and designed the Goulburn Town Hall in 1889.
