Henty, Edward (1810 - 1878)

Born: 28 March 1810  England.  Died: 14 August 1878  Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Edward Henty was one of the first settlers in Victoria, at Portland Bay, in 1834. He later moved to Muntham, a 60,000-acre station that became widely known for its merinos and its Durham cattle.
