Harper, Arthur Frederick Alan (1913 - 1991)

Born: 5 July 1913  Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.  Died: 10 September 1991.
Arthur Frederick A. Harper joined the CSIR/O National Standards Laboratory in 1939 and led the Heat and Temperature Measurement Section of the Division of Physics for 30 years. He was also involved in Australia's conversion to the metric system of measurement.
