de Kretser, David Morritz (1939 - )

Born: 27 April 1939  Ceylon
David Morritz de Kretser was appointed Governor of Victoria in 2006. He is an expert in the field of human reproduction and endocrinology and has been a Professor of the Department of Anatomy at Monash University since 1978. de Kretser was also Chairman of the department from 1978 to 1991, and Director of the University’s Institute of Reproduction and Development (1991-2001). His illustrious career has seen him hold numerous other prominent positions and Directorships. All full list can be seen on his home page.
