Batty, Alton McAllan (1913 - 1984)

Born: 27 April 1913.  Died: 1984.
Alton McAllan Batty was Director of CSBP & Farmers Ltd from 1953 to 1975. It is one of the biggest fertilizer works in Australia. He is commemorated by the A.McA. Batty Medal of the Western Australian Branch of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute, of which he was the inaugural recipient.
