Direct Marketing and Focused Outreach Projects
Marketing of the site or selected parts of the site to particular user
groups is a specialised service and each project will be scoped and quoted
independently.
However, a typical marketing exercise to the Secondary Education sector
might contain the following elements:
- A "Helix" 4-page full colour center-fold insert (~$15,000). This includes
10,000 extra copies for direct mailout, exhibition handouts and other promotional
uses;
- Newsletter and Journal articles or pieces in, for example, Australian
Science Teachers Association and Science Teachers Association of Victoria
publications (~$2000);
- Internet Promotion (use of listserves and bulletin boards etc.) (Free);
- Online exhibitions (could be based on the "Helix" 4 page insert) (cost will depend on size and complexity);
- Consultation with State Education senior staff to identify other strategies
and integration with current school and curricula activities (cost will
depend on time and complexity).
